Bayo brings over two decades of legal expertise advising on major transactions across power generation, banking and finance, capital markets, food and agriculture, extractive industries, ICT, and construction and infrastructure.
Bayo leads complex litigation and international commercial arbitration on cross-border deals, serving multinationals, national firms, individuals, and nonprofits. As a Partner at Matrix-Solicitors LLP, he combines analytical precision with innovative legal strategies to deliver tailored solutions.
He holds an LL.B (Honours) from the University of Ibadan and an LL.M from Columbia Law School. His credentials include SEC-accredited Capital Markets Adviser, CAC-accredited Insolvency Practitioner, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and Notary Public.
As a Mentor with the Founder Institute, Bayo guides startups from pre-seed through funding preparation. Outside the office, he enjoys classical music and playing golf.
